Delete your Mizan account

Mizan works without an account, but the app creates an anonymous account ID on first launch, and you may have signed in with Google. You can delete that account and the data linked to it at any time, in two ways.
Option 1: in the app
- Open Mizan and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: by email
Email mobi4team@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Mizan account". If you signed in with Google, send it from that Google address. If you never signed in, include your anonymous account ID, shown at the bottom of Profile → Privacy in the app. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account (the anonymous ID and, if used, the Google sign-in link).
- Your contribution points and editor status.
- The link between your account and your Mizan Pro subscription. The subscription itself is managed in Google Play or the App Store; cancel it there if you no longer want it.
What is kept
- Product data you contributed (label photos, nutrition values, reports) stays in the shared Mizan product database, with no link to you. It contains no personal details.
- Data on your phone (goal, flags, scan history, searches) is never on our servers; uninstalling the app removes it.
حذف حساب ميزان
لتطبيق ميزان (أندرويد وiOS)، الناشر: ميزان.
يعمل ميزان دون حساب، لكن التطبيق ينشئ معرّف حساب مجهولاً عند التشغيل الأول، وربما سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google. يمكنك حذف هذا الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت بطريقتين.
الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق
- افتح ميزان وانتقل إلى تبويب حسابي.
- انزل إلى الحساب واضغط حذف الحساب.
- أكّد. يُحذف حسابك فوراً.
الطريقة 2: عبر البريد الإلكتروني
أرسل بريداً إلى mobi4team@gmail.com بعنوان "Delete my Mizan account". إن كنت سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google فأرسله من ذلك البريد. وإن لم تسجّل الدخول قط فأرفق معرّف حسابك المجهول الظاهر أسفل صفحة حسابي ← الخصوصية في التطبيق. نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً ونؤكد ذلك بالبريد.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك (المعرّف المجهول، وربط تسجيل الدخول بـGoogle إن وُجد).
- نقاط مساهماتك وصفة المحرّر.
- الربط بين حسابك واشتراك ميزان برو. الاشتراك نفسه يُدار في Google Play أو App Store؛ ألغِه هناك إن لم تعد تريده.
ما الذي يبقى
- بيانات المنتجات التي ساهمت بها (صور الملصقات، القيم الغذائية، البلاغات) تبقى في قاعدة بيانات ميزان المشتركة دون أي ربط بك، ولا تحتوي على تفاصيل شخصية.
- البيانات الموجودة على هاتفك (الهدف، التنبيهات، سجل المسح، عمليات البحث) ليست على خوادمنا أصلاً؛ حذف التطبيق يزيلها.
